DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR POULTRY
Restrictions on the movement of poultry and captive birds was lifted on 10 May 2025, Enniscrone Show with ISA are actively monitoring the stituation and may cancel his section if Avian Influenza rate increase. The ‘best practice’ biosecurity measures as usually advised by the Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine should be observed for all poultry and captive bird keepers.

Enniscrone Show is committed to safeguarding animal health and will implement thorough disinfection protocols and all necessary biosecurity measures to minimize the risk of Avian Influenza, in line with current regulations and best practices.
Vouchers to the value may be given in some classes.
Classes may be cancelled or combined depending on entries.
All birds must be caged by 11.30am Judging commences at 12 noon
No entries to be removed from pens before 4.30pm
The welfare of all exhibits is the responsibility of the owner and no exhibitor is to leave poultry enclosure until all birds are caged.
