RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. This competition is to encourage growers to exhibit produce from their own kitchen garden.
2. In this competition the produce should be the property of and grown by the exhibitor.
3.Each exhibit must consist of a display of fruit and vegetables excluding potatoes.
4. Not fewer than 7 kinds.
5.Not more than 10. Foliage and root growth may be trimmed for display purposes and herbs may be included.
6.The veg and fruit should be displayed within area not larger than 610mm x 610mm (24" x 24") and height not exceeding 90cm (3ft)
7. However, foliage and roots may extend beyond that boundary but not rest on the show bench.
8. Marquee open from 7.30am on show morning and will be closed for judging at 10am sharp. Marquee will be open to the public at 12 noon.
9. Exhibits cannot be removed before 5.00pm
10. An exhibitor can only qualify one exhibit for the All Ireland final

THE COMPETITION WILL BE JUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
Variety 25 points Condition and quality 50 points Overall presentation and attractiveness 25 points

Prizes: 1st €250 2nd €150 3rd €100 4th €75 5th €50 6th €25 
Entry fee: To qualifying show €3 To Final €6

FINAL: TULLAMORE & FBD NATIONAL LIVESTOCK SHOW Sunday 10th August 2025

Rules pertaining to Home Industries Section

Strictly No entries will be taken on day of show.
All Entries to be in place by 9.30am and judging will commence at 10.00am sharp.  Exhibits can be collected at 4:00pm.  Entries must be the work of Amateur exhibitors.
The Show will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to exhibitor’s property, exhibites may be cut and sampled during the judging process at the discretion of the judge.
Farm Produce, Horticulture, all entries must be grown by the competitor, incorrect dimensions or excessive number of vegetables, fruit etc will be disqualified. 
Arts, Crafts, Photography, Woodwork must be the un-aided work of the competitor and should not have been shown previously at Enniscrone Show. All work should comply with dimensions stated.
Cookery. All entries must be the un-aided, home produced work of the exhibitor. Entries should comply with numbers and dimensions stated.
Flowers. All entries must be home grown except in the case of wild flowers, Entries should comply with numbers and dimensions stated.
Junior Entries should have the Date of Birth of entrant written on the front of the exhibit card. The upper age limit for junior entrants 16yrs on 31st Dec 2024. Please ensure that you enter into the correct age category class.
ALL ENTRANTS SHOULD ENSURE CORRECT CLASS NUMBER IS ATTATCHED TO THEIR EXHIBIT; ONE  FREE GATE ENTRY PASS PER ADULT EXHIBITOR WILL BE GIVEN WITH TWELVE OR MORE ENTRIES IN THE SENIOR SECTION.
